View full FDA label ↗Allergy Relief is a medication that helps temporarily relieve symptoms caused by hay fever or other respiratory allergies, like sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes, as well as symptoms from the common cold. It works by blocking certain signals in the body that cause these allergy symptoms. You can take it every 4 to 6 hours, but be sure not to exceed 6 doses in a 24-hour period. For children aged 6 to under 12 years, the starting dose is 1 to 2 teaspoonfuls (5 ml to 10 ml). It's important not to use this medication with any other product that contains diphenhydramine, as that could lead to serious side effects.
