It works by stopping the growth of these bacteria, helping to clear the infection. You take it by putting one drop in the affected eye(s) twice a day for the first two days, and then once a day for the next five days. It's important to know that AzaSite should not be used if you are allergic to any of its ingredients. Additionally, if you are using other eye medications, it's best to wait at least 15 minutes between using AzaSite and those other medications to ensure they work effectively.
