Benadryl Allergy Plus Congestion is a medication that helps relieve symptoms caused by hay fever, upper respiratory allergies, and the common cold, such as a runny nose, sneezing, and nasal congestion. Adults and children aged 12 and older should take 1 tablet every 4 hours, but not more than 6 tablets in a 24-hour period.
