View full FDA label ↗Cosopt PF is a medication used to lower eye pressure in people with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension who haven't responded well to other treatments. It works by reducing the amount of fluid produced in the eye, which helps decrease pressure and protect vision. You take it as one drop in the affected eye(s) two times a day. It's important to know that this medication should not be used if you have asthma or severe breathing problems. Additionally, if you're using other eye medications, make sure to wait at least five minutes between applying them.
