Equaline Children's All Day Allergy is a medication that helps relieve symptoms caused by hay fever or other upper respiratory allergies, such as a runny nose, sneezing, and itchy, watery eyes. It works by blocking certain substances in the body that cause these allergy symptoms. For adults and children aged 6 and older, the starting dose is 5 mL to 10 mL once daily, with a maximum of 10 mL in 24 hours; for adults 65 and older, the dose is 5 mL once daily, not exceeding 5 mL in a day. Children aged 2 to under 6 can take 2.5 mL once daily, which can be increased to a maximum of 5 mL once daily or 2.5 mL every 12 hours, but they should not take more than 5 mL in a day. It's important to avoid this medication if you have ever had an allergic reaction to it or any of its ingredients, and if you are taking tranquilizers or sedatives, you should consult a doctor or pharmacist before using it.
