For adults and children aged 6 to under 12, the starting dose is 2 or 3 sprays in each nostril, which can be used every 10 to 12 hours, but you should not use more than 2 doses in a 24-hour period. It's important to note that children under 6 years old should consult a doctor before use. Additionally, if you have taken a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) within the last 14 days, you should not use this medication.
