Dosage
Adults with osteoarthritis: 7.5 mg once daily, may increase to 15 mg.
Adults with rheumatoid arthritis: 7.5 mg once daily, may increase to 15 mg.
Children with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (≥60 kg): 7.5 mg once daily.
Maximum daily dose for adults is 15 mg.
For patients on hemodialysis, maximum daily dose is 7.5 mg.
Meloxicam can be taken with or without food.
