Mini Nicotine is a lozenge that helps reduce withdrawal symptoms and cravings when you quit smoking. It works by providing a small amount of nicotine to ease the transition away from cigarettes. You should start using it on your quit day, taking either a 2 mg lozenge if you smoke your first cigarette more than 30 minutes after waking up, or a 4 mg lozenge if you smoke within 30 minutes. For the first six weeks, you should aim to use at least 9 lozenges a day, but do not use more than 20 lozenges in a day. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you should only use this medication under the advice of your healthcare provider, as smoking can harm your child.
