View full FDA label ↗This medication is used to prevent and treat symptoms of motion sickness, such as nausea, vomiting, and dizziness. It works by calming the signals in your brain that cause these feelings. For adults and children aged 12 and over, the starting dose is 1 to 2 tablets taken one-half to one hour before the activity, and you can take it every 4 to 6 hours, but don’t exceed 8 tablets in a day. Children aged 6 to under 12 should take 1/2 to 1 tablet every 6 to 8 hours, not exceeding 3 tablets in a day, while children aged 2 to under 6 can take 1/2 tablet every 6 to 8 hours, with a maximum of 1 and 1/2 tablets in a day. It's important to note that you should not use this medication in children under 2 years old unless directed by a doctor, and if you are taking sedatives or tranquilizers, you should check with your doctor or pharmacist before using it.
