Multitol-M is a supplement that provides vitamins and minerals to help support overall health in both men and women. It contains folate, which is important for treating certain types of anemia, especially those caused by a lack of this vitamin. You should take one caplet daily, ideally between meals, and it’s not recommended for children under 12 years old. It's important to know that taking folate alone is not appropriate for certain types of anemia that are caused by a deficiency of vitamin B12. Additionally, if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients in this supplement, you should avoid using it.
