Dosage
Adults: 5 to 40 mg once daily.
Children with HeFH aged 8 to <10 years: 5 to 10 mg once daily.
Children with HeFH aged 10 years and older: 5 to 20 mg once daily.
Children with HoFH aged 7 years and older: 20 mg once daily.
Take orally with or without food at any time of day.
