For adults and children aged 6 to under 12, the starting dose is 2 or 3 sprays in each nostril, which can be repeated every 10 to 12 hours, but you should not use it more than twice in a day. It's important not to use this spray for more than 3 days in a row, as doing so can make congestion worse.
