Sudafed Om Sinus Severe Original is a nasal spray that helps relieve stuffy noses caused by colds, allergies, or sinus pressure, making it easier to breathe. It works by shrinking swollen nasal membranes, which helps clear congestion. For adults and children aged 6 to under 12, the starting dose is 2 or 3 sprays in each nostril, and you can use it every 10 to 12 hours, but don’t exceed 2 doses in a day. It's important not to use it for more than 3 days in a row, as doing so may worsen congestion. If you have heart disease, high blood pressure, or other specific health issues, you should consult a doctor before using this medication.
