Topcare Effervescent Pain Relief is a medication used to temporarily relieve minor aches and pains, such as headaches, muscle pain, backaches, toothaches, menstrual pain, and even fever. It works by reducing inflammation and pain in the body. To take it, adults and children 12 years and older should dissolve 2 tablets in 4 ounces of water every 4 hours, but they should not take more than 8 tablets in a day; for those 60 years and older, the maximum is 4 tablets in 24 hours. It's important to note that this medication can cause serious stomach bleeding, especially in older adults or those with a history of stomach issues. Additionally, if you are taking blood thinners or other anti-inflammatory medications, you should be cautious, as they can increase the risk of bleeding.
