Voquezna Triple Pak is a combination medication used to treat Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection in adults. It works by reducing stomach acid and using antibiotics to help eliminate the bacteria. You will take it as three different pills—20 mg of vonoprazan, 1,000 mg of amoxicillin, and 500 mg of clarithromycin—twice a day for 14 days, with or without food. It's important to know that if you have a known allergy to any of its components, like amoxicillin or clarithromycin, you should not take this medication. Additionally, avoid using it with certain medications like pimozide, as this can lead to serious heart problems.
