Zituvimet XR is a medication used to help adults with type 2 diabetes manage their blood sugar levels when combined with diet and exercise.   • Not for type 1 diabetes mellitus.
  • Not recommended for patients with a history of pancreatitis.
  • Do not use if kidney function (eGFR) is below 30 mL/min.
