You can take it as a chewable tablet, with the starting dose for children aged 2 to under 6 being one tablet (2.5 mg) once daily, which can be increased to a maximum of two tablets (5 mg) once daily if needed. For adults and children 6 years and older, the starting dose is two tablets (5 mg) once daily, with a maximum of four tablets (10 mg) in 24 hours.
