View full FDA label ↗Topcare All Day Allergy is a medication that helps relieve symptoms of hay fever and other upper respiratory allergies, such as a runny nose, sneezing, and itchy eyes. It works by reducing swelling in your nasal passages, making it easier to breathe. You should take one tablet every 12 hours, but do not take more than two tablets in a 24-hour period. It's important to avoid this medication if you have had an allergic reaction to it or any of its ingredients, and you should not use it if you are currently taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) for depression or other conditions. If you are over 65 years old or have liver or kidney disease, you should consult a doctor before using it.

Dosage
Adults and children 12 years and over take 1 tablet every 12 hours.
