It works by affecting hormones in the body that help control appetite and food intake. You take it as an injection under the skin once a week, starting with a dose of 2.5 mg for the first four weeks, which can be increased to a maximum of 15 mg weekly based on your response. It's important to know that Zepbound should not be used if you have a personal or family history of certain thyroid cancers. Dosage
