It works by blocking certain natural substances in the body that cause these allergic reactions. For adults and children aged 6 and older, the starting dose is 5 mL or 10 mL once daily, depending on how severe the symptoms are, but you should not take more than 10 mL in a day. For children aged 2 to under 6 years, the starting dose is 2.5 mL once daily, with a maximum of 5 mL in 24 hours. It's important to note that you should not use this medication if you have ever had an allergic reaction to it or any of its ingredients, and if you have liver or kidney disease, you should consult a doctor before use.
